Kindergarten
Students need to be 5 years old by September 1.
Kindergarten is a full day program (7:55AM-2:30PM) that develops the knowledge and skills to ensure success in first grade. We have one Kindergarten class instructed by a credentialed teacher and a teacher’s aide. Class sizes are small, which allows for a very structured and supportive learning environment.
The curriculum is based on California and Diocesan standards. The Language Arts curriculum includes the Alphabet and sight word recognition, journal writing, and beginning reading and spelling. Our Math curriculum includes number recognition and counting to 100, and concepts including number sequence, addition, and subtraction. Students interact with special subject teachers for Music and Physical Education.
The Kindergarten program lays the foundation for children to become lifelong learners and excel in first grade and beyond. Apply now by downloading and completing the student application below.
