I am a proud parent of a student who has attended St. Irenaeus for 9 years. She is in the 8th grade now. Her academics and kind heart have benefited from caring teachers and staff, a strong academic curriculum, and a loving environment. I would highly recommend this school. We are grateful that she has had such a strong foundation to help her in her future endeavors. Thank you St. Irenaeus!

(A portion of a letter written at the time that the youngest of his 3 children graduated from St. I in 2007)

I feel strongly I will look back on these times and feel they were the best of my life. What can compare to watching your children grow and change? It is hard for me to fully rationalize why it is so important to send my kids to Catholic school. In order to justify it logically I would need some basis of experience with alternative school experiences. Yes, there are concrete reasons, but much is based on tradition and faith that I am doing the best for my kids. This faith is based largely on the principals, the many teachers and staff over the years, and the other parents of similar thinking who have mastered the green flag/red flag afternoon pick-up procedures. I wish the very best for St. Irenaeus Parish School and hope I can help in the future even without a child enrolled.

The strong foundation in both academic and personal growth that my nieces and nephew attained after attending St. I had a great influence in my decision to let my children study here in this great school. My husband and I truly appreciate the highly qualified teachers and staff who help our children to acquire the needed skills, knowledge, discipline, and strong religious faith that they will need to success in their future endeavors. We are looking forward to more wonderful years ahead here at St. I.

"In 1976 I started my school career as a first grade student at St. Irenaeus Parish School. As a graduate, I began to truly understand how my experiences at St. Irenaeus had helped build a strong academic and spiritual foundation for my future. I began teaching at St. Irenaeus in 2005. As an educator, I am grateful for the opportunity to teach students academically and spiritually at St. Irenaeus. As the parent of a St. Irenaeus student, I am confident my child will grow and flourish in a faith-filled, nurturing environment."

"We love St. Irenaeus School. Our son has fun and he is excited to go to school everyday. The kindergarten program is excellent, and the accelerated reading program is awesome. We are completely happy that Eduardo is having the opportunity to start early with this program. His teacher is a caring, kind person and a knowledgeable teacher, and yet keeps the kids in line. Saint I is like a family to us and you get out of it what you put into it. We can honestly say that our child is receiving an excellent Catholic Education."

"Choosing a school for your child is a big event. We wanted a facility that would share our vision on academics, with the warmth of a family environment, and in all aspects keeping the teachings of our faith in the forefront of our children's development. In a society that has become so adversarial to traditional family values, it has been a tremendous help to have the support to instill ethics and morality. Being a part of the St. Irenaeus family for the past 15 years, we have had the pleasure to work together with the teachers and staff to achieve our common goals."

"The education I enjoyed at St. Irenaeus not only prepared me for high school and college, it also thoroughly equipped me for a career as an educator, writer, and editor. Not only was the instruction superb, my fellow students helped to shape me as I grew. Even as an adult, I am in regular contact with many of the wonderful, successful adults with whom I shared my Catholic education at St. Irenaeus. When I began searching for a school to which I could send my own children, St. Irenaeus was at the forefront of my mind. I was lucky enough to find a nearby school within the diocese that echoed the education I received at St. Irenaeus."
