Information for New Student Applications
2010-2011 School Year

Please download and complete the following:

New Family Information/School Tours

  • Sunday, January 31st, 11:30 a.m. Mass; Refreshments in Hall following Mass. An information booklet listing tuition, fees and other important information will be available. School Tours for new families guided by Student Government members.
  • Open House 12:30-2:00 p.m. - Visit classrooms; meet teachers.
  • 2:00 p.m., Hall - Short presentation and a question and answer period for new families.

APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED

  • Early applications (for new students applying for Grant & Aid Program) due by Feburary 12th
  • Saturday, February 20th, from 9:00-11:00 am in the School Office and
  • Monday-Friday, February 22nd through March 10th, from 9:00am to 4:00pm in the School Office

Please Note:

  • Students applying for Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st.
  • Students applying for first grade must be 6 years old by September 1st.

At the time of application, you must submit the following items for each child applying or applications will not be accepted:

  • Birth Certificate (each child applying)
  • Baptismal Certificate (only if baptized Catholic)
  • Proof of Immunizations (each child applying)
  • $50 Application Fee per child (this fees are non-refundable)
  • For students entering grades 2 through 7 please provide the most current completed quarter and prior year report card(s) and standardized test scores from prior two years

NEW! TUITION GRANT & AID PROGRAM

  • Tuition grants available for up to 50% of annual tuition. Application deadline February 12th.
  • " Apply on-line at www.factstuitionaid.com or pick-up paper applications (in English or Spanish) in the school or church office. A $25 fee is due to FACTS at the time of application.


TESTING

  • A testing fee of $30 due at time of application.
  • Saturday, March 13th, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. for grades 1-8 and by appointment after this date.
  • Please bring your child(ren) to the school office no later than 8:45 a.m. for testing room assignments. Testing begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. Children should be picked up promptly at 11:00 a.m.
  • " Kindergarten - Saturday, March 13th. Appointment time will be given upon receipt of completed application and payment of fees. (Testing takes approximately 15-20 minutes.)
