Computer Lab

The Computer lab provides Grades 2-8 with the necessary skills for their future. In the Computer lab we have a variety of skills from the basic use and knowledge of the equipment, to the understanding and usage of software applications. 










Student learn at a very young age to work with equipment and software. Students are also encouraged to learn proper keyboarding skills at a very young age. We follow the national and state guidelines for curriculum.

Student work with many aspects of the Microsoft Office. They begin working with this in  Fourth grade and continue to learn many aspects throughout Eighth Grade. Students are encouraged to continue to work on Keyboarding skills as this is the foundation for future success in the Computer technology field.

Internet usage is taught in the class, and students are shown how to surf the net safely.  Jr. High works with the internet in conjunction with their Science class.
