Private Vehicle Requirements

According to Diocesan directives, whenever an adult drives our students in his/her personal vehicle for a school-sponsored function, we are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Drivers should be over 25.

2. Drivers must have a valid, unrestricted California driver's license & must provide the school with a copy of their license.

3. The driver must carry liability insurance as required by state law and provide the school with a copy of insurance on the vehicle to be used.

4. Each occupant must have and use a seat belt.

5. No one may ride in the bed of pick-up trucks.

6. Drivers must fill out a driver verification form & a driver/chaperone waiver form (attached).
