Information for New Student Applications
for 2008-2009 School Year

OPEN HOUSE

• Thursday, January 31st, 7:00pm-8:30pm
• Visit Classrooms; Meet Teachers

APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED

• Saturday, February 9th, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the School Office and 
• Monday-Friday, February 11th through March 9th, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m  in the School Office

Please Note:

• Students applying for Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st.
• Students applying for first grade must be 6 years old by September 1st.
  

At the time of application, you must submit the following items for each child applying or applications will not be accepted:

• Birth Certificate (each child applying)
• Baptismal Certificate (only if baptized Catholic)
• Proof of Immunizations (each child applying)
• $50 Application Fee per child (this fee is non-refundable)

TESTING -  

• A testing fee of $30 will be collected before the test is administered. 
• Saturday, March 8th, 9:00-11:00 a.m. for grades 1-8 and by appointment after this date.
• Please bring your child(ren) to the school office no later than 8:45 am.m. for testing room assignments.  Testing begins promptly at 9:00 am.  Children should be picked up promptly at 11:00 am.
• Kingergarten - Saturday, March 8th.  Appointment time will be given upon applying.  (Testing takes approximately  15-20 minutes).
